Recently moved to the area and I just relubed the belt platform before we moved, however we don't have room since it's not foldable or we would keep it. The manufacturer replaced motherboard (recall) under warranty at 2 years old and never had any problems with it before or after replacement. Marathon runner recommended it when we bought it new. Original owner bought new about 13 years ago and it has been well maintained. PaceMaster ProElite Treadmill in excellent condition and all programming functions work great.
